How do I choose a rolling ladder?

What codes are the ladders / lifts built to?

  • Ladders are built to OSHA 1910.29 and ANSI A14.7 standards.

  • Lifts are built to ANSI A92.3 standards.

  • Compliance with any other codes should not be assumed.

Can the ladders be built to CAL-OSHA standards?

  • Ladders shipping to California or Canada should be built to CAL-OSHA standards.

  • Ballymore and Tri-Arc offers CAL-OSHA ladders as an option.

What replacement parts are available and how do I purchase them?

  • A variety of parts are available and In-Stock in most cases. Please refer to the Parts Section of this website for detailed descriptions.

How can I obtain Assembly Instructions?

  • Refer to the ADDITIONAL MATERIALS section on product pages.

What is the Warranty on the Ladders and Lifts?

  • We warrant our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.

Do you make Modifications to Standard Ladders?

  • Yes. Some popular modifications are Deep Top Steps, Rear or Side Exit from Top Step, Fold-Down Rails (Ballymore only), Caster modifications, Capacity, and Color (Ballymore only).
