Only carriers that accept freight from both Coatesville and Pittsburgh are ABF (preferred), Ceva (customer must have an account), Ward (customer must have an account), and Estes (with limitations).

Logistics companies must confirm their use of one of these carriers before orders are accepted.

Shipments to California or Canada automatically trigger CAL-Osha requirements if they are five or more steps. Commercial invoices are mandatory for shipments to Canada, along with broker information.

  • No flatbeds, refrigerated truck or pickup trucks
  • Dry Van only
  • Wood floors only
  • Fully enclosed freight trucks only
  • Swing doors required for larger items that ship assembled/ all welded

Specific quantities may change LTL shipments to truckload shipments based on item dimensions and quantity (e.g., six ML154021P would be a dedicated truck shipment, while six 063214P would be two pallets at 96x40x60 each).

The reach tools are 37” long. Long enough to reach the back of a standard rack. But short enough to retain control of the product being retrieved without encouraging overhead use. The standard reach tool has a reinforced composite head designed to handle up to 40 lb. of force. The standard tool comes with a bracket that will attach to a rack upright with teardrop holes in it. The end is replaceable if it is ever damaged.

• Reduce your exposure to back injuries due to awkward postures, high forces, and long reaches.

• Bring products into the power zone before lifting them.  

• Avoid “rack diving” to retrieve boxes or product in the back of the rack.

• Can be used while on a ladder to help keep your employees within the rails of the ladder and avoid reaching over the rails to retrieve products that are in the rack.
